The FDA Is Here. The Voices Will Not Be Silenced.
This is it. The week the FDA potential ban takes effect.
On September 30, the same agency sworn to protect the public will potentially strip NMN from supplement shelves and hand it over to pharmaceutical companies.
They call it “regulation.” We call it theft of health freedom.
For us, NMN isn’t just another product—it’s part of who we are as a company and as a tribe. It has helped thousands of people reclaim energy, health, and hope. Taking it away is not just an attack on a supplement—it’s an attack on the lives it touches.
We Tried to Play by the Rules—and They Ignored Us
Many of you asked if we filed a Citizen Petition.
Yes—we did. Together with the Natural Products Association (NPA), we submitted a formal petition demanding that NMN remain available to the public.
Under federal regulations (21 C.F.R. § 10.30(e)(2)), the FDA is required to respond to citizen petitions within 180 days—either by granting, denying, or issuing a formal tentative response.
Our petition has gone unanswered well past that deadline.
Such prolonged silence violates the agency’s own rules and raises serious legal concerns under the Administrative Procedure Act, which requires federal agencies to act within a “reasonable time.”
Sadly, we’re not surprised…
This is the playbook: stall, bury, delay. And while they shuffle papers, everyday Americans lose access to a molecule that is transforming lives.
